What happens if my deck arrives damaged?

If a deck is genuinely damaged in transit, contact me within 24 hours with clear photographs of the unopened item and packaging. I will verify the issue with the shipping agent. Because this is a limited edition, replacements are not offered. A refund is issued only after the damaged deck has been returned in full. You may repurchase if stock remains.

 

What can I do if I have lost or damaged a card?

Replacement cards are not offered. Removing a card from another deck would destroy the integrity and provenance of that deck as a complete object. Loose cards come from whole Wounded Edition decks opened for the singles project and cannot be used to repair or replace cards in an existing deck.

 

Can I choose a specific loose card?

No. Loose cards cannot be selected individually. They come from complete Wounded Edition decks opened specifically for the singles project. Selection would distort the fairness and balance of what remains.

 

Can I resell my deck or break it into singles?

Strictly prohibited. Decks may not be resold as complete sets or divided into single cards for resale. This protects the integrity and provenance of the edition.

 

Why these restrictions?

This is a limited art edition. The structure and fairness of the project depend on keeping decks intact, treating loose cards as their own stock, and preserving the coherence of the edition.
